ROCKETLOK WARRANTY Rocketlok, L.L.C. ("Rocketlok") warrant to the original end-user purchaser, when delivered to you in new condition in its original container, that this Rocketlok Product (the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ten (10) year from the date of original purchase, and does not apply in the following cases:
(a) Loss of or damage to the Product due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident. Without limiting the foregoing, water damage, scratches, abrasions or damage to the plates or handles, will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the Product in a proper manor.
(b) Use of parts or supplies (other than those sold by Rocketlok) that cause damage to the product.
Product returned to Rocketlok repair facility and proven to be defective upon inspection will, in Rocketlok’s sole discretion and at no charge, be (a) repaired utilizing new, remanufactured, repaired and/or recycled parts; (b) exchanged for a new Product or; (c) exchanged for a refurbished Product, as determined by the Rocketlok repair facility. Warranty exchange or replacement does not extend the original warranty period of the Product.
Register your Rocketlok product to receive the following;
• Protect your product – We will keep model number and date of purchase of your new Rocketlok product on file to help you refer to this information in the event of an insurance claim such as loss or theft.
• Telephone Support – Receive support Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST
• E-mail Support – Send an E-mail with any question 24 hours a day. A representative will respond timely to address your needs.
• Product Replacement – You cannot receive warranty replacement parts or products unless you register your Rocketlok product.
